They both agreed to enhance cooperation to support the growth of NDB and promote infrastructure and sustainable development of all member countries.The dialogue was co-chaired by Chinas finance minister Lan Foan and Anton Siluanov, Finance Minister of the Russian Federation. Officials from both countries hailed the 3rd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation held in October 2023 in Beijing, and look forward to the 10th China-Russia Financial Dialogue in Russia.
